On June 28, Korea-China Friendship Concert was attended by top Kpop idols such as Super Junior, Girls Generation, 2PM, SISTAR, EXO, Teen Top, MBLAQ and others in Beijing.

South Korea's President Park Geun Hye appeared as a surprised guest and watched the concert. It didn't end in there, as the idols were on their waiting rooms, the president arrived and greet each one of them and thanked them for spreading Korean wave. Though surprised, the idols are honored to have the opportunity to take photos with their president.

2PM’s member Junho, who is gearing up to make a Japanese solo debut this coming July, is set to appear on his own variety show in Japan.

According to JYP Entertainment, Junho will host a variety show titled ‘JUNHO SAY YES Friendship’ to be aired through Japan’s MXTV channel starting on July 4th.

Under the theme of ‘friend-making’, the variety program centers on Junho inviting several guests and builds friendly relationship with them.

Last year, MXTV channel also launched a program, ‘2PM&2AM Wander Trip’, hosted by brother groups, 2PM and 2AM.

Meanwhile, Junho will be releasing his first solo Japanese album ‘Kimi no Koe’ (‘Your Voice’) on July 24th.

2PM’s Nichkhun celebrated his birthday with his fans.

On June 24, Nichkhun uploaded a photo on his Twitter with the message, “Thank you HOTTEST!!!!!! You are all jjang jjang man!!!”

Attached the post is a candid photo of himself taken from a high angle to capture all the fans that have gathered around the JYP Entertainment building to wish him a happy birthday.

Nichkhun also left another tweet saying, “Thank you for all the birthday wishes!! I feel so overwhelmed with all your love!! Made this year so special yet again! Thank you!!”

Big KPOP groups are confirmed to attend '2013 Korea-China Music Festival' in Beijing, China.

Fans in China will be enjoying '2013 Korea-China Music Festival' with not just one, not two, not three but six KPOP groups will perform at the said event. The confirmed groups are Girls' Generation, 2PM, MBLAQ, SUPER JUNIOR, Teen Top and EXO. 

'2013 Korea-China Music Festival' will happen on the 28th of June (Friday) at 8:00PM CST. It will be held at the Beijing National Olympic Stadium.

The event is expected to be mobbed as big KPOP groups will perform on one stage.

On June 22, the 'MTV VMAJ 2013' (Video Music Awards Japan) were held successfully at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

K-pop's TVXQ, Big Bang, and 2PM were nominated in three different categories. Both Big Bang and 2PM each won an award, but  unfortunately TVQX's “Catch Me – If you wanna-” was defeated by J Soul Brothers‘ “Hanabi” in the ‘Best Group Video‘ category.

Big Bang's music video for "Fantastic Baby" won the category of 'Best Dance Video' while the ‘LEGEND OF 2PM‘ left on top as the ‘Best Album of the Year' leaving western albums behind.

What time is it? It's 11:00, uh no, it's 2PM!

2PM's 'What Time Is It?' tour made its last leg performance in their hometown, Seoul, South Korea.

The HOTTESTs made sure to make this two-day concert a sold out. Over 15,000 fans gathered at Jamsil Arena in Seoul from June 21-22.

They opened up the stage with "Game Over", "I Was Crazy About You" and "I Hate You". 


The boys also performed individually. They sang their self-created songs from their special album, 'Grand Edition - GROWN'.

Super Junior and 2PM congratulated Indonesia for its successful opening of Lotte Duty Free in Jakarta. This is the first overseas downtown shopping venue in the country.

In fact, Super Junior's Donghae and Kangin had departed to Indonesia today and attended the Lotte Duty Free Event.

Having already wrapped up their promotions for third album ‘Grown’, 2PM will return with a special repackaged album titled, ‘Grand Edition - Grown’. Heightening up everyone’s anticipation, the group unveiled a set of individual teaser photos, showing each concept of the members’ solo tracks.

‘Grand Edition - Grown’ includes the original album’s twelve tracks and ten more tracks that are written and composed by the members. This album was produced to thank all the fans’ supports and will be released on June 19th.

2PM’s Taecyeon and actress So Yi Hyun have been confirmed as the leads of the upcoming tvN drama ‘Who Are You’.

The drama ‘Who Are You’, which will premiere in late July after the conclusion of ‘Dating Agency, Cyrano’, is about the romantic story between a man who believes in what he sees, and a woman who wakes up from a six-year long coma and earns the supernatural power to see spirits.

The two stars have been cast as two detectives with conflicting personalities. Taecyeon will play the role of Cha Gun Woo, a detective who observes with only his five senses while So Yi Hyun will appear as Yang Si Ohn, who can see spirits and ghosts.

Idol group 2PM will be wrapping up promotions for their third album ‘Grown’.

2PM made a grand comeback with two title songs from their album, “A.D.T.O.Y.” and “Come Back After Listening to This Song” which ranked on top of the music charts not only in Korea but also in 9 other countries in Asia.

The group will end their promotional activities on this week’s music programs and will start preparing for upcoming Asia Tour grand finale concert titled ‘2PM LIVE TOUR in SEOUL – The Grand Finale’ to be held on June 21st and 22nd in Seoul.

In addition 2PM will also be releasing a ‘Grand Edition’ of their third album ‘Grown’. The ‘Grand Edition’ includes the original album’s twelve tracks and ten more tracks that are written and composed by the members. KBS “Music Bank” is back this week full of amazing performances!

 The June 14th episode of the show features the much-anticipated comeback performances from SISTAR, Nell, Ivy and Chocolat as well as debut stage of Bangtan Boys and a special stage of Huh Gak & Apink’s Eunji.

 Other performers tonight included Shinhwa, MBLAQ, 2PM, Henry, EXO, Rainbow, VIXX, Wonder Boyz, 100%, Boys Republic, C-CLOWN, Lim Seon Young, EXCITE and N-SONIC.

 And for the highlight of the show, EXO won on this week’s K-Chart with their latest title track, “Wolf”!
